Editorial Policy

ARASM 2027 follows a rigorous editorial process to ensure the highest standards of academic quality, integrity and transparency. All submitted manuscripts are evaluated solely on the basis of originality, technical quality, significance and relevance to the conference themes.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to accept, reject or request revisions to any submitted manuscript based on reviewer recommendations and editorial assessment.

Peer Review Policy

All submitted papers undergo a double-blind peer review process conducted by at least two independent experts in the relevant field. The identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process.

Publication Ethics

ARASM 2027 is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and academic integrity.

The following practices are strictly prohibited:

• Misrepresentation of research findings

Authors' Responsibilities

• Ensure that the submitted work is original and unpublished.
• Confirm that the manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere.

• Acknowledge contributors and funding agencies where applicable.
• Disclose any conflicts of interest.
• Provide supporting data if requested during review.
• Ensure all listed authors have made significant intellectual contributions.

Reviewers' Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality of manuscripts.
• Provide objective and constructive reviews.
• Evaluate submissions solely on academic merit.
• Report suspected ethical violations.
• Disclose conflicts of interest.
• Refrain from using unpublished information for personal benefit.

Editorial Responsibilities

• Make fair and unbiased publication decisions.
• Evaluate submissions solely on scholarly merit.
• Maintain confidentiality throughout the review process.
• Address ethical concerns and disputes promptly.
• Avoid conflicts of interest in handling manuscripts.
• Ensure transparency and integrity in editorial decisions.

Plagiarism Policy

All submitted manuscripts are screened using standard plagiarism detection software before entering the review process.

The following are considered unacceptable:

• Direct plagiarism
• Mosaic plagiarism
• Self-plagiarism
• Duplicate publication
• Unattributed reuse of previously published content

Authors found to have violated plagiarism policies may be disqualified from the conference and future submissions may be restricted.

Conflict of Interest Policy

Authors, reviewers and editors must disclose any financial, professional, institutional or personal relationships that may influence the evaluation or publication of a manuscript.

Any identified conflict of interest will be managed appropriately to preserve the integrity and fairness of the review process.
